Being a woman, this symptoms we suffered every month sometimes didn't understand by the male species  and that adds up in our irritation. To some extent other woman suffered from vomiting due to bloated feeling, and I’m just wondering why this painful experience don't have any definite cure. Some says that it is beneficial to eat fruits, take regular exercise, maintain a regular diet, and take some vitamins like B6, calcium and
magnesium to prevent painful cramps. Sometimes I wish to be a man everytime my PMS started to manifest.
