Our Former Senator and Dept Ed Secretary passed away today due to cardiac arrest. Roco was two time presidentiables but failed to win on 1998 and 2004 election. Although I didnt vote for him last election (not because i dont believe he is not qualified) I still remember the first time I cast my vote in a national election (that was 1998) at this time i vote for him. A pure bicolano and a humble person, idealistic and pro youth, for me his one of a kind, few politicians had this quality.
Im just thinking, this year two of our presidentiables died, who's next?
